从我国冬奥会优势项目陆地与冰上、雪上衔接训练实践出发，在总结陆地与冰上、雪上训练理论的基础上，结合国际冬季运动陆地与冰雪训练的前沿，提出我国冬奥会陆地与冰雪训练科学衔接的关键技术、原则、方法，并对陆冰雪衔接训练的未来发展趋势做出判断，以此建立起我国冬奥会优势项目陆冰雪衔接训练的科学基础。
從我國鼕奧會優勢項目陸地與冰上、雪上銜接訓練實踐齣髮，在總結陸地與冰上、雪上訓練理論的基礎上，結閤國際鼕季運動陸地與冰雪訓練的前沿，提齣我國鼕奧會陸地與冰雪訓練科學銜接的關鍵技術、原則、方法，併對陸冰雪銜接訓練的未來髮展趨勢做齣判斷，以此建立起我國鼕奧會優勢項目陸冰雪銜接訓練的科學基礎。
종아국동오회우세항목륙지여빙상、설상함접훈련실천출발，재총결륙지여빙상、설상훈련이론적기출상，결합국제동계운동륙지여빙설훈련적전연，제출아국동오회륙지여빙설훈련과학함접적관건기술、원칙、방법，병대륙빙설함접훈련적미래발전추세주출판단，이차건립기아국동오회우세항목륙빙설함접훈련적과학기출。
This article starts from the practice of the on and off ice （snow） training of China＇ s advantageous events in the Winter Olympics, the paper reviews the ice and snow training theories and combines the leading edge on and off ice（snow） training of the international winter events to put forward the key techniques, princi- ples and methods for China＇s on and off ice（snow） training of Winter Olympics athletes, predicts the trend of the training so as to build the scientific foundation for the on and off ice（snow） training of China＇ s advantageous events of Winter Olympics.
