本文通过对维农教授产品生命周期理论的深刻解读,在分析美国跨国公司第二次世界大战以后对外经营战略的基础上,结合当前金融危机中发展中国家企业暴露出的问题,从发展中国家宏观发展的视角探讨发展中国家企业在后金融危机时代尤应注意的问题。
本文通過對維農教授產品生命週期理論的深刻解讀,在分析美國跨國公司第二次世界大戰以後對外經營戰略的基礎上,結閤噹前金融危機中髮展中國傢企業暴露齣的問題,從髮展中國傢宏觀髮展的視角探討髮展中國傢企業在後金融危機時代尤應註意的問題。

By unscrambling Professor Vemon's Product Life Cycle Theory fully and profoundly; Based onthe analysis of American multinational corporation's inspiration which gained from their international man- agement strategy; Combine the problems which exposed in financial crisis in developing countries' enter- prises; To analyse the problems which should be paid attention to by enterprises of developing countries after financial crisis from the perspective of macroscopical development.
