运用指标序号法构建了体育与健康课程中普通大学生社会适应能力的评价体系。五个维度按照权重系数大小分别是角色适应、社交适应、生活适应、自我适应和满意度,这说明体育与健康课程对大学生社会适应的要求具有区分性。在教学实践中我们应根据学生的实际情况并结合运动项目本身特点来促进大学生社会适应能力的发展。

With the index number method, the social adaptation ability evaluation system has been constructed for college students in the sports and health courses. Five dimensions are respectively role adaptation, social intercourse adaptation, life adaptation, self - adaptation and degree of satisfac- tion, which explained that the sports and health curriculum have different demands to the university students' social adaptation ability. In the teaching practice, we should promote the development of college students' social adaptation ability according to the actual situation of each student and sports ' characteristics.
