Internet is becoming the most important means of transmitting public opinion and its effect is far beyond the traditional mainstream media.But its openness also increases difficulties for the inspection of news and information.Different cultures and emotions on the Internet can easily trigger extreme words and deeds,which transmit and spread quickly.The article reveals that the choice of media,network technology ability and different types of Internet users speeds up the evolution of social groups.It also shows the internal rule of the formation of network public opinion and puts forward the evaluation standard and principle of network public opinion.
