全球化和知识经济的发展使教育实现了从以教师为中心向以学习者为中心的转变,要求教育体系更加重视培养学生的多元文化意识和国际竞争力。为了适应这一转变,高等教育课程体系应开展结构性变革,包括实施制度变革,赋予教师和学生更多教育选择权利;建设具有文化包容性课程,满足学生个别需求;强调以问题为导向教学策略,整合跨学科知识;倡导多样化评价方式等。同时,也应注意到全球化所导致的同质化、集权化等危险倾向。

With the development of globalization and knowledge-based economy, education has been shifted from teacher-oriented approach to learner-oriented approach and is required to make students more aware of multicuhuralism and more competitive in the global marketplace, In order to accommodate such transformation, the higher education curriculum should be reconstructed. Specifically, institutional reforms should be made to provide teachers and students with more educational choices, culturally inclusive courses should be offered to meet students' personally tailored learning needs, issue-oriented instructional strategies should be adopted to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and the methods of evaluation should be diversified. Besides, much attention should be paid to the globalization-induced negative effects such as homogeneity and centralization.
