通过构建京津冀R＆D资源—创新活动—创新绩效的概念模型,采用协整检验和格兰杰因果关系分析等经济计量方法,对京津冀R＆D资源与创新活动的关系、创新与经济绩效的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明：河北省政府资金和企业资金分别与专利和新产品销售收入存在长期稳定关系;天津市政府资金和企业资金对新产品销售收入存在长期稳定关系;北京市各变量之间关系不明显。

Through building the concept model of R＆D resources-innovation activities-innovation performance among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, using co-integration test and granger causality analysis econometric method, the article conducts the empirical research on the relationship of R＆D resources and innovation activities and the relation between innovation and economic performance of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The results show that there exists the long-term stable relationship between the government money and enterprise capital in Hebei province and the patent and new products sales income respectively. There exists a long-term stable relation between government money and enterprise funds of Tianjin and the new product sales income. The relationships of the variables of Beijing are not obvious.
