文章基于DEA方法发现,我国地方旅游业效率水平总体偏低,空间差异较大,东部地区旅游业效率明显好于中部与西部地区。运用面板数据随机效应Tobit模型,实证结果显示,财政分权与法治环境等宏观因素是决定地方旅游业效率的重要因素。具体而言,财政收入分权、法治环境、对外开放与地方旅游业效率显著正相关,而经济发展水平与地方旅游业效率存在显著的U形关系,基础设施和人力资本对地方旅游业效率的影响则不显著。

Based on DEA meth industry is low, with bigger spa better than that of central and od, the paper finds that overall level of the efficiency of China＇s local tourism tial differences. The efficiency of tourism industry in eastern region is significantly western regions. Based on Tobit model for panel data with random effects, the empirical results show that macroscopic factors such as fiscal decentralization and environment under the rule of law are important factors to determine the efficiency of local tourism industry and there exists distinct U-shape relationship between economic development level and the efficiency of local tourism industry while infrastructure and human capital do not exert significant impact on the efficiency of local tourism industry.
