制造企业需要转型升级已经成为政府和企业的共识,但目前的理论不能很好地帮助制造企业找到适合自己转型升级的战略模式。从制造企业转型升级风险的形成过程、均衡机制的角度阐述制造企业转型升级的战略风险形成机理,在此基础上提出了两种转型升级战略模式:通过向微笑曲线左右移动以提高价值链上产品的附加值,或通过转向新兴行业实现价值链转型以提高产品附加值,并用案例来说明这两种模式的实施过程和注意事项。以期为制造企业正确认识转型升级过程中的战略风险和选择正确的转型升级战略模式提供参考。

That manufacturing enterprises need restructuring and upgrading has become a consensus of government and enterprises,however,the current theory can not be good to help manufacturing enterprises to find their own strategic model.This paper elaborated the formational mechanism of strategic risk in the upgrading manufacturers from the formation process and the balance mechanism of the risk in the upgrading manufacturers,based on which,this paper proposed two strategic modes suiting for the upgrading manufacturers:the model of moving around the smile curve to improve the value of the products in the value chain and the model of the chain restructuring by emerging new industry to improve the value of the products in the value chain,and used cases to illustrate the implementation process and precautions of these two models.These conclusions help us to understand the strategic risk in the upgrading manufacturers,and provide reference to choose the right upgrading strategic mode.
