基于武汉市产业创新的路径依赖特征，从产品创新视角将产业创新路径依赖类型分为吸收创新路径依赖、联盟创新路径依赖、内生创新路径依赖和创新体系引导的创新路径依赖，并进一步分析了产业演进中的网络、分形和企业文化三个方面的路径依赖及重塑，运用问卷调查和结构方程实证分析得出产业创新中外部网络和分形具有非良性路径依赖特征，并且企业文化路径依赖基本正常，最后提出产品创新视角下产业演进中的社会资本和组织学习双因素嵌入的路径重塑。

According to the path-dependence characteristic of industry innovation in Wuhan, and from the perspective of product innovation, this paper divides the path-dependence of industry innovation into four types, namely, innovation path-dependence on absorbtion, innovation path-dependence on alliance, path-dependence on endogeny innovation and innovation path-dependence on innovation system piloting. Based on this classification, this paper further analyzes the path-dependence and path-rebuilding on the network, fractal and enterprise culture during the evolution of industry. Using the questionnaire survey and structural equation analysis, it puts forward that the network and fractal on industry innovation have non-health path-dependence, and gives the two-factor imbedded path-rebuilding of social capital and organizational learning in the course of industrial evolution.
