Education is the basis of our long - term strategy, while teachers are the key to quality education, and their morality is critical to the development of teachers＇ quality. Therefore, moral construction of teachers plays a key role in the long - term process of full enhancement of talent quality. As the main force of cuhivating medical specialists, moral construction of clinical teachers is attached with more profound significance, because of their working environment and duality of their identity. This es- say analyzes the current dilemma existing in the moral construction of the clinical teachers, implementing researches into the reasons of the dilemma from the aspects of the social environment, working environment, personal factors and so on, aimed at providing practical guidance for further improvement of moral construction of clinical teachers.
