Building an innovative country calls for the cultivation of innovative talents.Enhance students information literacy is the basic objective of higher education,personnel training,technology and education is one of the important topics of strategy implementation.In this paper,teaching students information literacy training and specific training activities,research assignments,were analyzed in order to cultivate innovative talent-oriented teaching students information literacy superiority.
