随着低碳经济在全球范围内的影响不断加大，旅游业低碳化发展也逐渐成为人们关注的热点问题。旅游业不是“零碳排放”产业，存在着一定量的碳排放和污染排放。因此，有必要从旅游目的地系统的低碳化建设、旅游出行系统低碳技术应用与低碳服务的实施、旅游客源市场系统低碳理念的培育、旅游业低碳化发展政策的制定以及资金、技术、人才策略的实施等方面探寻旅游业低碳化发展的有效途径。
隨著低碳經濟在全毬範圍內的影響不斷加大，旅遊業低碳化髮展也逐漸成為人們關註的熱點問題。旅遊業不是“零碳排放”產業，存在著一定量的碳排放和汙染排放。因此，有必要從旅遊目的地繫統的低碳化建設、旅遊齣行繫統低碳技術應用與低碳服務的實施、旅遊客源市場繫統低碳理唸的培育、旅遊業低碳化髮展政策的製定以及資金、技術、人纔策略的實施等方麵探尋旅遊業低碳化髮展的有效途徑。
수착저탄경제재전구범위내적영향불단가대，여유업저탄화발전야축점성위인문관주적열점문제。여유업불시“령탄배방”산업，존재착일정량적탄배방화오염배방。인차，유필요종여유목적지계통적저탄화건설、여유출행계통저탄기술응용여저탄복무적실시、여유객원시장계통저탄이념적배육、여유업저탄화발전정책적제정이급자금、기술、인재책략적실시등방면탐심여유업저탄화발전적유효도경。
As low-carbon economy has a more and more globally important impact, low-carbon develop- ment of tourism has gradually become a heated topic drawing a lot of attention. Tourism is an industry that produces a certain amount of carbon emissions and pollution emissions rather than ＂without emitting any carbon＂, so it is necessary to seek efficient development approaches for the low-carbon development of tourism in the domain of the low-carbon construction of tourism destination system, the application of lowcarbon technique and the implementation of low-carbon service in travel system, the cultivation of low-carbon consciousness in tourist market system, laying down the policy of low-carbon development, as well as policy enforcement of capital, technology and talents, etc.
