本文全面阐述了浙江艺术职业学院工学结合艺术人才培养模式平台,从理念到实践所进行的探索与取得的成果。即发挥综合艺术院校资源优势,建设覆盖全院的艺术＂综合实践＋综合展演＂工学结合平台;搭建起具有完善先进的硬件,表演与非表演两大类专业融合贯通,相关制度健全有效的综合性、共享性、系统性的综合人才培养模式平台;形成行业特征鲜明、工学结合紧密、多元开放的、在全真艺术情境中开展的艺术人才培养模式。
本文全麵闡述瞭浙江藝術職業學院工學結閤藝術人纔培養模式平檯,從理唸到實踐所進行的探索與取得的成果。即髮揮綜閤藝術院校資源優勢,建設覆蓋全院的藝術＂綜閤實踐＋綜閤展縯＂工學結閤平檯;搭建起具有完善先進的硬件,錶縯與非錶縯兩大類專業融閤貫通,相關製度健全有效的綜閤性、共享性、繫統性的綜閤人纔培養模式平檯;形成行業特徵鮮明、工學結閤緊密、多元開放的、在全真藝術情境中開展的藝術人纔培養模式。
본문전면천술료절강예술직업학원공학결합예술인재배양모식평태,종이념도실천소진행적탐색여취득적성과。즉발휘종합예술원교자원우세,건설복개전원적예술＂종합실천＋종합전연＂공학결합평태;탑건기구유완선선진적경건,표연여비표연량대류전업융합관통,상관제도건전유효적종합성、공향성、계통성적종합인재배양모식평태;형성행업특정선명、공학결합긴밀、다원개방적、재전진예술정경중개전적예술인재배양모식。
The paper comprehensively expounds the exploration and the achievement of the talents training model of combining work with study in Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art from theory to practice.The academy gives full play of the resources as a comprehensive art college and set up a platform for comprehensive practice and comprehensive exhibition and performance.The platform has advanced hardware,integrates performance majors and other majors and has effective and sound system.The talents training model embraces distinctive features of the industry,closely combining work and study and is open and pluralistic in the context of all true artistic atmosphere.
