主要采用问卷调查法和教学实验法，对普通高校的网球课程现状进行调查研究。结合网球运动的特征及普修班学生的特点，运用“快易”网球教学方法改变传统的教学模式，从具体的教学内容入手，改进教学形式，变换教学手段，营造良好的课堂气氛，从而提高网球普修班的课堂效率和教学质量。

With adoption of questionnaires and teaching experiment, the status quo of university tennis teaching were studied. ＂Play ＆ Stay Tennis＂ was applied in tennis teaching of non-sports majors. It was shown that its teach-ing content and methods were different from that of the traditional tennis teaching so that better learning environment and efficiency were achieved.
