解决高校大班课堂教学的评价问题,有利于促进大班教学质量的提高。目前,课堂教学评价更取向于关注学生人格的和谐发展,关注学生如何学,关注教学过程;强调定性评价,强调多元参与,强调评价对教师专业能力的提高与促进作用。因此,评价原则应坚持评价的促进与发展性,评价指标的通用性、导向性、规范性与协商性;鼓励形成个人的教学风格,允许学术探讨;还应考虑课堂效果与学生的现实表现等与大班教学相适应的评价体系。

Solving the problem of classroom teaching evaluation of large classes will help to promote the improvement of the teaching quality.At present,the classroom teaching evaluation is more concerned about the harmonious development of students' personality,their learning methods and the teaching process;it emphasizes qualitative evaluation,pluralist participation,and the roles evaluation plays in promoting the improvement of teachers' professional ability.Therefore,we should stick to the principles of promotion and development-oriented evaluation,general,oriented,normative and negotiable evaluation index,encourage the formation of individual teaching style,allow academic discussion and,according to the classroom teaching effect and students' performance,consider the evaluation system compatible with large classes.
