the right to use the domain of the uninhabited island; eco-material
无居民海岛使用权所使用的对象——岛域，并不是单纯指海岛的土地资源，而是指海岛及周围各种资源的整体。用“无居民岛域使用权”这一概念来代替无居民海岛使用权这一概念，更符合这一权利的特征。无居民海岛是生态物，不同于传统民法上调整的物的概念。生态物不是人所直接支配控制的物，生态物所具有的生态利益是所有生命体的整体性的利益。无居民海岛使用权测量面积时使用的海岸线，在管理和立法上应明确以平均低潮线为准。

The island area is the object used by the right to use uninhabited islands. The island area does not only refer to the land resources of the island, but also includes the islands and surrounding resources as a whole. ＂The right to use uninhabited island domain＂ rather than the right to use uninhabited island is more in line with the characteristics of this right. Uninhabited islands are eco-material, different from the traditional civil law concept of adjustment. Eco-material is not directly controlled by people, and the ecological interest of eco-material is the interest of the wholeness of all life. The legislation of coastline should be made clear in taking the average low tide line as the standard.
