选题策划是学报出版工作的核心，要重视选题策划。选题策划要遵循时代性原则、学术性原则、针对性原则、前瞻性原则、差异性原则。选题策划可采取如下思路：自身强项策划选题；学校优质教学科研资源策划选题；校内人才资源策划选题；研究生论文以及校友论文选题策划。选题策划要运用适当的形式和方式。
