北京中心城区周边的城乡结合部主要分布在朝阳、海淀、丰台、石景山四区。这四个区的区情各异,但也有若干共同点：过去都是近郊区,现在都是首都城市功能拓展区,是北京建设世界城市的重要载体,均面临着城市化、现代化、国际化的主题,均存在文化短板的问题。以丰台区为例,探讨了首都城乡结合部地区在城市化、现代化、国际化进程中,构建文化支撑体系的问题。
北京中心城區週邊的城鄉結閤部主要分佈在朝暘、海澱、豐檯、石景山四區。這四箇區的區情各異,但也有若榦共同點：過去都是近郊區,現在都是首都城市功能拓展區,是北京建設世界城市的重要載體,均麵臨著城市化、現代化、國際化的主題,均存在文化短闆的問題。以豐檯區為例,探討瞭首都城鄉結閤部地區在城市化、現代化、國際化進程中,構建文化支撐體繫的問題。
북경중심성구주변적성향결합부주요분포재조양、해정、봉태、석경산사구。저사개구적구정각이,단야유약간공동점：과거도시근교구,현재도시수도성시공능탁전구,시북경건설세계성시적중요재체,균면림착성시화、현대화、국제화적주제,균존재문화단판적문제。이봉태구위례,탐토료수도성향결합부지구재성시화、현대화、국제화진정중,구건문화지탱체계적문제。
The urban and rural joint areas around Bei- jing city centers mainly lie in Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai, and Shijingshan Districts. Even though the four districts are different from each other, there are some common points： They are sub- urbs in the past and capital city function development zones now. They are important carriers for Beijing to build the world city and face with urbanization, modernization and international- ization. This article takes Fengtai for example to discuss the is- sue on how to construct culture support system by the capital ur- ban and rural joint areas in the process of urbanization, moderni- zation and internationalization.
