评述对我国绿色农产品产业实施生态补偿的必要性,建立博弈模型,分析绿色农产品供需过程中政府、生产方、消费者的相互关系和博弈行为,得到实现纯战略和混合战略纳什均衡的条件,认为现阶段实行政府主导的生态补偿机制是稳定绿色农产品市场供需关系的重要手段。根据分析结论给出相关政策建议。

Eco-compensation is necessary for the development of green agriculture product industry in China. In this paper, a game model is built to analyze the relationship and game behaviors among the government, producer and consumer during the supply and demand process of green agriculture products. Both of the pure strategy equilibrium condition and mixed Nash equilibrium condition are analyzed by the model. And the study finds that eco-compensation dominated by government is the most important way to balance the supply and demand of green agricultural product market at the present stage. Besides, the related policy suggestions based on the conclusions above are given in this paper.
