本文从偏好与技术的角度出发,构造包含污染消减技术和一般技术进步的静态模型,探讨各类环境库兹涅茨曲线的形成条件,并应用变系数状态空间模型进行实证检验。结果表明,收入-污染路径的曲线形态取决于偏好的选择和污染函数的特征;我国EKC的拟合路径呈现多种形态,但其实际形状有着一定的规律;环境投资不仅决定EKC的形状特征,而且影响污染消减技术的环境效应;技术进步有效地抑制污染的排放量和增长速度,是EKC出现拐点的不可或缺的必要条件。

In this paper we establish a static model including the pollutant abatement technology and the general technological progress to discuss the formation conditions of different kinds of Environmental Kuznets Curve and make an empirical study using the varying coefficient state space model from the view of preferences and technology. The results show that the shape of income - pollution path mainly depends on the preference choice and the pollutant function characteristic; our EKC fitting path has various shapes, but its actual shape has some certain rules; Environmental investments not only determine the EKC's shape feature but also influence the environmental effect of pollution abatement technology; Technological change can effectively control the pollution's emission load and its growth rate. Meanwhile it is also an indispensable? essential condition that the EKC's inflection point can occur.
