先进军事文化作为重要的军事软实力,渗透在我军战斗力生成系统的诸要素之中,成为该系统的＂催化剂＂。面对新的形势和任务,我军先进军事文化建设面临着严峻挑战。在推进军事文化繁荣发展过程中,应充分发挥广大官兵主体作用,抓住军营文化建设这个重点,积极打造平台、拓宽途径、锐意创新、提升活力。
先進軍事文化作為重要的軍事軟實力,滲透在我軍戰鬥力生成繫統的諸要素之中,成為該繫統的＂催化劑＂。麵對新的形勢和任務,我軍先進軍事文化建設麵臨著嚴峻挑戰。在推進軍事文化繁榮髮展過程中,應充分髮揮廣大官兵主體作用,抓住軍營文化建設這箇重點,積極打造平檯、拓寬途徑、銳意創新、提升活力。
선진군사문화작위중요적군사연실력,삼투재아군전두력생성계통적제요소지중,성위해계통적＂최화제＂。면대신적형세화임무,아군선진군사문화건설면림착엄준도전。재추진군사문화번영발전과정중,응충분발휘엄대관병주체작용,조주군영문화건설저개중점,적겁타조평태、탁관도경、예의창신、제승활력。
As an important military soft power, advanced military culture has permeated through every element of the fighting capacity generation system and has become the catalytic agent of it. With the new situation and task ahead, our advanced military culture construction is faced with some severe challenges. Thus, in the process of booming and developing such culture, we should give full play to the role of officers and soldiers, grasping the focal point of the military culture construction, building a new platform for it, promoting the vigor of the army.
