中小企业是市场中最具活力和发展潜力的群体,但由于自身规模和信用保障能力有限,中小企业在发展过程中的融资瓶颈难以打破。本文对中小企业集群融资服务、网络融资平台和中小企业集合票据这三类融资模式进行比较分析,归纳了三者的异同点和适用范围,在此基础上,通过对广州地区皮革、服装、布匹和化妆品四个典型中小企业集群的分析,将中小企业集群分为＂发展-多元型＂、＂发展-传统型＂、＂追随-多元型＂、＂追随-传统型＂四类,并将其与前面分析的三类融资模式相匹配,提出了不同类型中小企业集群所适合的融资模式。

Small-and-Medium-Sized Enterprises （ SMEs ） are the most dynamic and potential group in the market, but due to its own limitation of sizes and credit guarantee abilities, it is hard to break financing bottleneck. This paper compares and analyses the financing modes of financing services, network financing platform of SMEs and Collective Notes for Small-and- Medium-Sized Enterprises （ SMECN ） , summarizes the similarities, differences and applicable range of those three financing modes. Based on it, due to the research and analysis on leather, clothing, piece goods and cosmetics of SMEs clustering in Guangzhou Province, the authors divide SMEs into four types which are ＂development-diversified type＂, ＂development- traditional type＂, ＂follower-diversified type＂ and ＂follower-traditional type＂. Through matching with previous three financing modes, the authors raise the idea that different SMEs cluster suits various financing modes.
