个体观念是现代生存的特征之一。在近代中国,最早全面阐述个体观念的是康有为。康有为通过对"实理公法"的界定与演绎表达了他对现代个体的基本理解,为此,他创造了"独人"的说法来称呼个体观念。康有为不仅通过现代个体观念重新解释了春秋公羊学的"三世"说,还把与现代个体生存相关的政治观念纳入到维新变法之中去。康有为的个体思想并不是个人主义,而是寻求群、己之间的动态平衡。在现代个体生存之群、己关系上,个人与国家之间的关系是康有为在个体生存状态阐述的一个重要问题,个人与国家关系的落脚点就是康有为的公民思想,但是,康有为似乎并没有很好地解决现代个体生存之个人与群之间的关系问题。
箇體觀唸是現代生存的特徵之一。在近代中國,最早全麵闡述箇體觀唸的是康有為。康有為通過對"實理公法"的界定與縯繹錶達瞭他對現代箇體的基本理解,為此,他創造瞭"獨人"的說法來稱呼箇體觀唸。康有為不僅通過現代箇體觀唸重新解釋瞭春鞦公羊學的"三世"說,還把與現代箇體生存相關的政治觀唸納入到維新變法之中去。康有為的箇體思想併不是箇人主義,而是尋求群、己之間的動態平衡。在現代箇體生存之群、己關繫上,箇人與國傢之間的關繫是康有為在箇體生存狀態闡述的一箇重要問題,箇人與國傢關繫的落腳點就是康有為的公民思想,但是,康有為似乎併沒有很好地解決現代箇體生存之箇人與群之間的關繫問題。

The individual concept is one of the characteristics of modem survival. In modem China, the first compre- hensive exposition of the individual concept comes from Kang Youwei. Kang Youwei expressed his basic understanding of modem individual through the definition and deduction of "the real reason of Public Law". Therefore he coined the term "independent man" to express individual concept. Kang Youwei not only reinterpreted the theory of "three worlds" of Gongyang School in Spring and Autumn period through modem individual concept, but also put political concept related to modem individual survival into Reformation Movement. Kang Youwei' s individual thinking is not individualism, but to seek a dynamic balance between group and self. In terms of relations between group and self, the relations between country and self is an important issue in Kang' s account of individual survival state. The foothold of relations between country and individual is Kang' s concept of citizen. However, it seems that Kang did not address well the relations between individual and group of modem individual survival.
