目的研制基于SolutolHS纳米乳体系,并对其理化性质作出初步评价。方法采用滴加水法制备纳米乳,考察纳米乳的粘度、pH值、粒径、粒径分布、ξ电位、电导率和稳定性。结果制备出SolutolHS纳米乳体系粒径均在20~30nm之间,性质稳定。结论 SolutolHS纳米乳体系性质优良,含表面活性剂少,可用于疏水性药物的载体。

Objective: To prepare SolutolHS-based microemulsion system and preliminary investigate their physical and chemical properties.Methods: nanoemulsion were prepared using titration method and characterized for viscosity,pH,globule size,size distributions,zeta potential,Conductivity and stability.Results:SolutolHS nanoemulsion system particle size in the range of 20-30 nm and very stable.Conclusion:SolutolHS The nanoemulsion system has good nature and containing small surfactants can be used for the carrier of hydrophobic drugs.
