以安徽芜湖市为例,指出了当前人才工作中的四个问题,从四个方面提出了相关对策建议,即：以科学发展观为指导,推进人才工作理念的与时俱进;合理调整人才资源分布结构,提升人才与经济社会发展的融合度;着眼人才充分发挥作用,不断健全激励保障体系;探索创新体制机制,着力优化人才发展环境。
以安徽蕪湖市為例,指齣瞭噹前人纔工作中的四箇問題,從四箇方麵提齣瞭相關對策建議,即：以科學髮展觀為指導,推進人纔工作理唸的與時俱進;閤理調整人纔資源分佈結構,提升人纔與經濟社會髮展的融閤度;著眼人纔充分髮揮作用,不斷健全激勵保障體繫;探索創新體製機製,著力優化人纔髮展環境。
이안휘무호시위례,지출료당전인재공작중적사개문제,종사개방면제출료상관대책건의,즉：이과학발전관위지도,추진인재공작이념적여시구진;합리조정인재자원분포결구,제승인재여경제사회발전적융합도;착안인재충분발휘작용,불단건전격려보장체계;탐색창신체제궤제,착력우화인재발전배경。
Based on the case study of Wuhu City,Anhui Province,four problems are pointed out in the current human resource work,and its strategic suggestions are put forward including the four aspects： to enrich the notion of the human resources with the guidance of the scientific outlook on development;to adjust the human resource structure in pace with the latest economic and social development;to bring the human resources into full play by improving the incentive and the security system;and to optimize the environment for talent development with the innovative institutional mechanisms,and efforts.
