以安徽芜湖市为例,指出了当前人才工作中的四个问题,从四个方面提出了相关对策建议,即:以科学发展观为指导,推进人才工作理念的与时俱进;合理调整人才资源分布结构,提升人才与经济社会发展的融合度;着眼人才充分发挥作用,不断健全激励保障体系;探索创新体制机制,着力优化人才发展环境。
以安徽蕪湖市為例,指齣瞭噹前人纔工作中的四箇問題,從四箇方麵提齣瞭相關對策建議,即:以科學髮展觀為指導,推進人纔工作理唸的與時俱進;閤理調整人纔資源分佈結構,提升人纔與經濟社會髮展的融閤度;著眼人纔充分髮揮作用,不斷健全激勵保障體繫;探索創新體製機製,著力優化人纔髮展環境。

Based on the case study of Wuhu City,Anhui Province,four problems are pointed out in the current human resource work,and its strategic suggestions are put forward including the four aspects: to enrich the notion of the human resources with the guidance of the scientific outlook on development;to adjust the human resource structure in pace with the latest economic and social development;to bring the human resources into full play by improving the incentive and the security system;and to optimize the environment for talent development with the innovative institutional mechanisms,and efforts.
