新型农村社会养老保险试点范围逐步扩大,作为正式支持的养老保障制度具有重要的现实意义。在调查研究的基础上,文章描述了农村老人生活状况,分析发现养老金水平太低,不能成为老人的主要生活来源,老人主要依靠子女、自我养老或者家庭养老;老人生活照料靠老伴或者子女;老人的家庭关系和睦、子女孝顺,文化娱乐生活单调,缺少社区活动;老人心理孤独感不强,但是高龄老人感觉子女孝顺程度低,而且孤独感强;老人总体幸福感较高。这些研究发现具有重要的政策启示意义。

With the new rural social pension insurance gradually expanding, it is of important practical significance as the officially supported social security system. On the basis of investigation and research, this article described the living conditions of the rural old, and discovered that their pension level is too low and fails to be the main source of supporting life~ the old mainly rely on the children, themselves or their families~ The family relationships are harmonious~ The children are filial~ The old people＇s cultural life is very tedious with lack of community activities The old people generally are not lonely, however, the older they are, the more they feel that their offsprings are not very filial and the stronger their loneliness. These foundings have very important significance of policymaking.
