大学生专业与岗位技能对接教育是普通高等教育一种全新的教学实践模式。在这个模式中，大学毕业生入职岗位技能培训前移，大学生在校期间就已经掌握了岗位技能，职业素质得到拓展，就业能力得到提高；学校“双师型”师资队伍建设得到加强；用人单位对人才质量满意度提升。此模式建立了普通高等教育与职业教育融合的新渠道，完善了学校教育与社会需求相结合的人才培养、培训体系，创新了大学生培养机制。

대학생전업여강위기능대접교육시보통고등교육일충전신적교학실천모식。재저개모식중，대학필업생입직강위기능배훈전이，대학생재교기간취이경장악료강위기능，직업소질득도탁전，취업능력득도제고；학교“쌍사형”사자대오건설득도가강；용인단위대인재질량만의도제승。차모식건립료보통고등교육여직업교육융합적신거도，완선료학교교육여사회수구상결합적인재배양、배훈체계，창신료대학생배양궤제。
To integrate college students＇ professional skills with job skills is a new teaching practice method in higher education. In the pattern, students＂ job skill training is brought forward, and they can master job skills in school. With their job quality being expanded and employ ability being improved, the construction of teachers＂ team for ＂double-qualified teacher＂ is strengthened and the degree of satisfaction of employers has been greatly promoted. This pattern has not only established the new channels between higher education and vocational education channel, improved talent training system, but also innovated the cultivation mechanism of college students.
