Effective industry-university-research cooperation process is guarantee for excellent cooperation performance. The current evaluation system of industry-university research cooperation pays too much attention to the cooperation out- put ,but ignores the process of cooperation, Therefore, the performance evaluation system of industry-university-research cooperation is built based on the perspective of process. The evaluation method based on fuzzy integral is adopted due to the correlation between the indicator data, and is verified with an example.
