老龄化社会、老年人口社会保障问题是我国当前社会经济发展面临的重大问题。2009年国务院出台了新型农村社会养老保险试点的指导意见，提出按照加快建立覆盖城乡居民的社会保障体系的要求，逐步解决农村居民老有所养问题。在此背景下，通过对云南省昆明市农村居民社会养老保险参保情况问卷调查，运用Logistic回归模型进行实证分析，结果表明：农民家庭纯收入、文化程度、对新农保的了解程度、对政府工作的满意度等是影响农村居民参加新型农村社会养老保险的重要因素。

Now, with the development of social economic in our country, the aging society and the social securi- ty of the elderly have become two major issues. In 2009, the State Council issued one guidance opinion about the new rural society old - age insurance, which, according to the requirements to speed up to establish the social secu- rity system covering both urban and rural residents, proposed to solve the problem of the elderly to be fed step by step. In this context, we used the paper questionnaire to investigate the situation that the peasants participated in the social endowment insurance in Kunming, Yunnan, and made an empirical analysis on the survey results with Logistic model. The analysis shows the significant factors on whether peasants participate in the rural society endow- ment insurance or not are the family net income of peasants, educational level, the degree that peasants understand the new rural society old- age insurance and the government make the peasants satisfied.
