摘要：母市场效应是指在规模报酬递增和贸易成本存在的情况下，一个国家会倾向于出口迎合本国需求的产品，需求大国将最终成为该产品的净出口国。从分析历次金融危机爆发时各国的贸易保护措施人手，依据母市场效应的理论框架，探讨了金融危机下的贸易保护问题并对其进行实证检验，最后得出金融危机期间采取贸易保护措施确实能促进出口的结论。

Financial crisis is closely related to trade protection, and to some degree, it is the hotbed of trade protection. The theory of “home market effect” indicates that under the prerequisite of increasing returns to scale and the existence of trade cost, one country is subject to export product which is demanded best in domestic mar- ket, that is, the best demanding country will become the main export country. This thesis begins with the analysis of trade protection of main countries during financial crisis. According to the “home market effect” theory, this the- sis discusses trade protection on the occasion of financial crisis and makes necessary positive analysis, which reached the conclusion that trade protection can surely promote export during financial crisis.
