As an important resource for all businesses to maintain competitive advantage, custome r knowledge receives more and more attention. This article analyzes domestic and international research papers on customer knowledge management in recent years, gives a comprehensive view of what customer knowledge management is, antecedents, and its likely consequences. We identify the problems that were neglected and give instruction for fu- ture research.
