以和谐劳资关系,促进社会和谐;以和谐社会,保证经济稳定、持续和健康地发展,这是摆在我国面前的一项重要任务。我国存在着众多的利益关系,而劳资利益关系仍是我国社会的一个轴心问题。当前,我国劳资关系存在着劳动工资、劳动时间、劳动条件和社会保障四大矛盾,如何促进劳资利益关系和谐?有三条对策建议:实施用工分类,逐步消除企业“二元结构”;实施雇员参与制,探索建立劳资利益新关系;实施“三只饭碗”,建立企业劳动用工新制度。
以和諧勞資關繫,促進社會和諧;以和諧社會,保證經濟穩定、持續和健康地髮展,這是襬在我國麵前的一項重要任務。我國存在著衆多的利益關繫,而勞資利益關繫仍是我國社會的一箇軸心問題。噹前,我國勞資關繫存在著勞動工資、勞動時間、勞動條件和社會保障四大矛盾,如何促進勞資利益關繫和諧?有三條對策建議:實施用工分類,逐步消除企業“二元結構”;實施僱員參與製,探索建立勞資利益新關繫;實施“三隻飯碗”,建立企業勞動用工新製度。

We should promote the social harmony by means of harmonious labor - capital relations. We should ensure the steady, sustained and healthy development of the economy based on the harmonious society. It is an important mission we are facing. The labor - capital relations are the hub of China's social interest relations. Now there are four conflicts which are wages, working hours, working conditions and social security. We make three suggestions on how to promote harmonious labor - capital relations including eliminating the dualistic enterprises structure gradually by implementing labor classification; establishing new labor - capital relations by implementing the system of employee participation; establishing new enterprise labor system by implementing "three rice bowls".
