As a new-born effective method to develop teacher＇s professional abilities,Teacher professional learning community has gradually been a hot topic in the circle of teacher development.Basing on introduction to the concept,content and model construction of professional learning community,this paper attempts to analyze the conditions,obstacles and strategies of construction of college foreign language teacher professional learning community,which will provide theoretical and practical values for educational reformation and teachers＇ professional development.
