笔者以鞍山市铁东区东长甸小学为例,对小学国学校本课程设计与开发的目标定位与内容选择进行了探讨。从情感态度和价值观、知识与技能、过程与方法三个维度设计开发国学校本课程目标:积累中华传统文化知识、获得中华传统文明的情感体验、形成开阔的视野和人文情怀;课程内容选编采取"撮其精要,整合再现"的方式组织教材,遵循"循序渐进,有限读经"的适量原则;课程内容选择上体现民族核心价值观和典范汉语特色,以中华传统文化典籍为基本内容;内容编排遵循儿童认知规律。

This article discusses the aim and content selection of the course based on an empirical research in Dong Changdian Primary,Tiedong,Anshan,Liaoning.The course is designed as the following framework:attitude and values,knowledge and skills,process and methods.The curriculum aims to:attain Chinese traditional cultural knowledge,hands-on experience of Chinese civilization,and develop broad horizon and humanistic affection.The content is selected to "grip the essence and integrate to re-represent" and only takes the appropriate amount to progress "step by step".The course also represents the core ethnic values and Chinese language features,based on classics from Chinese traditional culture;and it is designed to meet the cognitive development of children.
