笔者以鞍山市铁东区东长甸小学为例,对小学国学校本课程设计与开发的目标定位与内容选择进行了探讨。从情感态度和价值观、知识与技能、过程与方法三个维度设计开发国学校本课程目标：积累中华传统文化知识、获得中华传统文明的情感体验、形成开阔的视野和人文情怀;课程内容选编采取＂撮其精要,整合再现＂的方式组织教材,遵循＂循序渐进,有限读经＂的适量原则;课程内容选择上体现民族核心价值观和典范汉语特色,以中华传统文化典籍为基本内容;内容编排遵循儿童认知规律。

This article discusses the aim and content selection of the course based on an empirical research in Dong Changdian Primary,Tiedong,Anshan,Liaoning.The course is designed as the following framework：attitude and values,knowledge and skills,process and methods.The curriculum aims to：attain Chinese traditional cultural knowledge,hands-on experience of Chinese civilization,and develop broad horizon and humanistic affection.The content is selected to ＂grip the essence and integrate to re-represent＂ and only takes the appropriate amount to progress ＂step by step＂.The course also represents the core ethnic values and Chinese language features,based on classics from Chinese traditional culture;and it is designed to meet the cognitive development of children.
