教育改革中的教师并非被动、沉默、无力的他者,他们常常以自己特有的方式参与改革,甚至在行动上避让改革,这些日常形式的反抗通常包括：我行我素式的不合作、得过且过式的偷懒和阳奉阴违式的欺骗等。教育改革中教师阻力的产生是一个受多重因素影响的复杂现象,教师阻力现象呈现了学校生活的丰富性,也印证了改革过程的复杂性。走进教师的世界,倾听来自教师的声音,有助于更加客观地看待教师阻力。

Teachers are not passive and silent in education reform. Each teacher involves in the reform in their own way. Many teachers manage to avoid reform： they are uncooperative, they often have double face and pretend to be active. Teachers＇ resistance is a complex phenomenon in education reform. It shows the richness of school life and confirms the complexity of the reform process. Looking into the world of teachers and listening to the voice of the teachers contribute to an objective view of the resistance of teachers.
