二战后形成了全球经济依赖美国的局面，这种依赖性使美国具备了影响他国政治和立法的能力。为了保障其获得最大利润，美国通过制定301条款推行经济霸权。然而，301条款本身是违反国际法基本原则的。源于美国的次贷危机演变为全球性的金融危机，初步动摇了原有的经济依赖关系，全球经济对美国依赖的不对称性减弱。在后危机背景下，其他国家应该采取联合行动，要求美国废除301条款。
二戰後形成瞭全毬經濟依賴美國的跼麵，這種依賴性使美國具備瞭影響他國政治和立法的能力。為瞭保障其穫得最大利潤，美國通過製定301條款推行經濟霸權。然而，301條款本身是違反國際法基本原則的。源于美國的次貸危機縯變為全毬性的金融危機，初步動搖瞭原有的經濟依賴關繫，全毬經濟對美國依賴的不對稱性減弱。在後危機揹景下，其他國傢應該採取聯閤行動，要求美國廢除301條款。

The situation that global economy depended on the U.S. was formed after Word War Ⅱ. This dependence enables the U.S. to impact on other nations＇ polities and legislation. In order to protect its access to maximize profits, the U.S. carried on its economic hegemony depending on Section 301. However, Section 301 itself violates the fundamental principles of international law. The subprime lending crisis occurred in the U.S. evolved into a global financial crisis, which has initially shaken the original economic dependence. The global economy is depending less on the economy of the U. S.. In the context of post - crisis, other nations should unite and require the U.S. to reoeal Section 301.
