从心理层面看,两岸政治互信可以理解为双方政治信息的释放、被理解、被回应的心理互动过程。如果双方均视对方释放的政治信息为＂善意＂,并作出善意的回应,则两岸的政治互信可逐渐建立起来。在两岸关系60多年的发展历程中,因为＂认知相符＂与＂认知失调＂现象的存在,两蒋时期与李登辉、陈水扁时期两岸没有建立政治互信,2008年以后两岸虽然建立了初步的政治互信,但仍很脆弱。因此,两岸要增进政治互信,双方都必须克服上述两种认知局限。
從心理層麵看,兩岸政治互信可以理解為雙方政治信息的釋放、被理解、被迴應的心理互動過程。如果雙方均視對方釋放的政治信息為＂善意＂,併作齣善意的迴應,則兩岸的政治互信可逐漸建立起來。在兩岸關繫60多年的髮展歷程中,因為＂認知相符＂與＂認知失調＂現象的存在,兩蔣時期與李登輝、陳水扁時期兩岸沒有建立政治互信,2008年以後兩岸雖然建立瞭初步的政治互信,但仍很脆弱。因此,兩岸要增進政治互信,雙方都必鬚剋服上述兩種認知跼限。

The political mutual trust across the Taiwan Strait can be seen, in terms of psychology, as the process of psycho-logical interaction which includes the release, comprehension and response of political messages from two sides. If one side views the political message of the other side as ＂good will＂, and responds in a kind way, the political mutual trust across the Straits can be built. Unfortunately, because of the existence of cognitive consistency and cognitive dissonance, such mutual trust has not yet been built in the past sixty years. Even though such trust was built since 2008, it＇s still very fragile. Therefore, the paper holds that people across the Strait should work together to conquer the cognitive limitations mentioned above in order to enhance their political mutual trust.
