The Gwer Sa La Festival of the Bai minority is a traditional folk activity in Dali area.It is a festival of dancing and singing songs of the Bai people and an important way for other people to know their culture.The festival has its unique cultural charm and plays an important role in inheriting culture of the Bai ethnic group,strengthening identity of the Bai minority,carrying out aesthetic education for the Bai people and protecting their mental health.
