绩效评价是图书馆绩效管理的重要手段。高校图书馆实施绩效评价,必须结合自身的工作性质和特点,坚持人格评价与绩效评价相结合、个人绩效与整体效能相结合的原则。评价者应熟悉评价指标的基本要求,灵活运用科学的评价手段和方法,客观公正地进行评价,以此引导并强化图书馆人力资源的绩效管理,同时应力求避免“年终考核式”或“领导主观印象”等评价误区。
績效評價是圖書館績效管理的重要手段。高校圖書館實施績效評價,必鬚結閤自身的工作性質和特點,堅持人格評價與績效評價相結閤、箇人績效與整體效能相結閤的原則。評價者應熟悉評價指標的基本要求,靈活運用科學的評價手段和方法,客觀公正地進行評價,以此引導併彊化圖書館人力資源的績效管理,同時應力求避免“年終攷覈式”或“領導主觀印象”等評價誤區。
적효평개시도서관적효관리적중요수단。고교도서관실시적효평개,필수결합자신적공작성질화특점,견지인격평개여적효평개상결합、개인적효여정체효능상결합적원칙。평개자응숙실평개지표적기본요구,령활운용과학적평개수단화방법,객관공정지진행평개,이차인도병강화도서관인력자원적적효관리,동시응력구피면“년종고핵식”혹“령도주관인상”등평개오구。
Accomplishment evaluation is an important way of library performance management. To well conduct accomplishment evaluation, university library must combine their nature and characteristics of the work, adhere to the integration of personality assessment and performance evaluation, individual performance and the overall effectiveness. The valuators should be familiar with the basic requirements of evaluation index, flexibly use scientific means and methods of evaluation,thus conducting an objective evaluation. Furthermore ,they need to guide and strengthen the library human resources performance management, and avoid "annual examination" or "subjective impression" in the evaluation.
