新规则的出台,弹性更大弹网的出现,都对蹦床运动项目体能和技术产生革命性的影响,针对这一新特点必须加快跟进研究。2012年伦敦奥运会越来越近,中国国家蹦床队能否续写2008年北京奥运会赛场上的辉煌,科研保障必须跟上。研究运用Isomed2000等速力量测试与训练系统,对国家蹦床队10名队员左右腿髋、膝关节屈伸肌群肌力的等速测试,通过峰力矩找出国家蹦床队员髋、膝关节肌肉群肌力的整体情况和个体差异,为未来的训练提供依据。研究结果表明:国家蹦床队队员整体髋、膝关节肌力发展的个体差异显著;髋、膝关节左右腿同名肌群肌力比较均衡,个体具有一定的差异;膝关节屈伸肌群肌力比值严重偏低,不利于下肢的稳定性;运动员整体左腿力量弱于右腿,需要在训练中引起重视。

The issuance of the new rules and emergenoe of the more elastic net have an evolutionary effect on the physical capacity and techniques of the trampdine event. It requires updating researching to address these new characteristics. With the approaching of the 2012 London Olympics, the scientific research shall keep pace with the changes to ensure the Chinese trampoline team can continue the triumph in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The research used the Isomed2000 isokinetic testing and training system to conduct isokinefic test on the strength of the flexor and extensor of the left and right hip joints and knees of 10 trampoline players in the national team. Through the value of peak force moment, the researchers found the overall conditions and individual differences in the force of muscular group of the hip joints and knees of the 10 subjects so as to provide references for the training in the future. The study showed that the individual difference was significant in the development of the muscle strength in the hip joints and knees of the subjects; The strength of the same muscle groups in the left and right legs were relatively balanced while there were also slight individ- ual differences. The strength ratio of the flexor and extensor muscle groups in the knees was seriously lower, which was not good for the stability of the lower limbs; the strength of the left leg of the players was weaker than the right, which needed attention in the training.
