目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定二十五味珊瑚丸中西红花苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:DionexC18柱(250ram×4.60mm,5um);流动相为甲醇-水(52:48),流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长为440nm,柱温为250C;进样量10μl;用标准曲线法定量,测定二十五味珊瑚丸中西红花苷含量。结果:西红花苷I在33μg-330μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),西红花苷Ⅱ在62μg-310μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为103.73%,RSD为1.68%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简单、重现性好,可用于测定二十五味珊瑚丸中西红花苷I&Ⅱ含量。

목적:건립고효액상색보법측정이십오미산호환중서홍화감함량적방법。방법:채용HPLC법,색보주:DionexC18주(250ram×4.60mm,5um);류동상위갑순-수(52:48),류속위0.8ml/min,검측파장위440nm,주온위250C;진양량10μl;용표준곡선법정량,측정이십오미산호환중서홍화감함량。결과:서홍화감I재33μg-330μg범위내여봉면적정량호적선성관계(r=0.9999),서홍화감Ⅱ재62μg-310μg범위내여봉면적정량호적선성관계(r=0.9998),평균회수솔위103.73%,RSD위1.68%(n=6)。결론:본방법조작간단、중현성호,가용우측정이십오미산호환중서홍화감I&Ⅱ함량。
The content of crocin in the 25 odors Coral pill were quantitatively measured with standard curve by using HPLC (chromatographic column: Dionex C18 (250mm×4.60mm, 5urn); mobile phrase consisted of MeOH-water (52:48);flow rate: 0.8ml/min; detection wavelength: 440nm; column temperature: 25%; sample load: 10μl)to establish a determining method of the crocin [ & Ⅱ in the 25 odors Coral pill. The results showed that there is a good linear relationship between peak area and in the range of 33-330μg (r=0.9999) of crocin and between peak area in the range of 62-310μg (r=0.9998) of crocin at a mean recovery rate of 103.73% and 1.68% of RSD (n=6). In conclusion, this method could be used to determine the crocin in the 25 odors Coral pill with simple operation and good repeatability,
