本文通过对全国286个地级市的人均水电气和公共交通等资源消耗数据的实证研究,发现规律并分析出中国城市的资源集约最优规模区间为100万~280万人,结果表明目前仅32.1%的城市处于资源集约的最优规模区间。中国城市化应该以资源集约为原则,从国家高度规划城市化,合理控制城市规模,中小城市适度扩大,特大城市多中心布局;应优化资源配置,建设紧凑型城市,集约高效发展城市化,促进经济社会长期可持续发展。

본문통과대전국286개지급시적인균수전기화공공교통등자원소모수거적실증연구,발현규률병분석출중국성시적자원집약최우규모구간위100만~280만인,결과표명목전부32.1%적성시처우자원집약적최우규모구간。중국성시화응해이자원집약위원칙,종국가고도규화성시화,합리공제성시규모,중소성시괄도확대,특대성시다중심포국;응우화자원배치,건설긴주형성시,집약고효발전성시화,촉진경제사회장기가지속발전。
In this paper, the optimal interval of city size in China is analyzed according to the data of the resources consumption per capita from 286 cities in China. As a result, population of 1 - 2.8 million is found to be the optimal inter- val. At present, only 32.1% Chinese cities fall into this interval. It atic urban-development strategy at state level based on the concept is proposed that urbanization in China needs a system- of intensive utilization of resources to optimize city size. The strategy aimed at promoting socioeconomic sustainable development includes expanding small and medium-sized cities to the proper sizes, constructing multi-center layout in megacity behemoth and developing compact cities to fulfill the opti- mization of resource distribution and the intensive utilization of resources.
