青年教师的学习是学校持续变革的关键,然而,从实际情况来看,高校青年教师一方面承担着教学、科研双重任务,扮演着独特的学习角色;另一方面,又受管理模式、资源分配、学习文化、培训制度等因素制约,在学习上面临着现实困境。为了改变这种状况,高校应结合自身实际加强校本管理,通过改革评价体系、营造良好的学习环境、加强学习规划管理、营造合作文化、完善培训体系等多种措施,促进青年教师学习并不断提升其学习水平。
青年教師的學習是學校持續變革的關鍵,然而,從實際情況來看,高校青年教師一方麵承擔著教學、科研雙重任務,扮縯著獨特的學習角色;另一方麵,又受管理模式、資源分配、學習文化、培訓製度等因素製約,在學習上麵臨著現實睏境。為瞭改變這種狀況,高校應結閤自身實際加彊校本管理,通過改革評價體繫、營造良好的學習環境、加彊學習規劃管理、營造閤作文化、完善培訓體繫等多種措施,促進青年教師學習併不斷提升其學習水平。
청년교사적학습시학교지속변혁적관건,연이,종실제정황래간,고교청년교사일방면승담착교학、과연쌍중임무,분연착독특적학습각색;령일방면,우수관리모식、자원분배、학습문화、배훈제도등인소제약,재학습상면림착현실곤경。위료개변저충상황,고교응결합자신실제가강교본관리,통과개혁평개체계、영조량호적학습배경、가강학습규화관리、영조합작문화、완선배훈체계등다충조시,촉진청년교사학습병불단제승기학습수평。
Young teachers’ learning is the key to the continuous development of a university.However,while they independently perform teaching and research duties,young teachers are often faced with difficulties in their continued learning as restricted by factors such as the management mode,resource allocation,learning culture,and training system.In order to change this situation,colleges and universities should strengthen their management and planning,reform their evaluation systems,create a good learning environment,promote cooperating,and improve their training systems so as to enable young teachers to continuously enhance their learning.
