中国人发现南海和南沙群岛是个历史的过程。古代的中国人移民形成了不少的南海古国,南海古国中也有的发展成为比较强大的国家,其中个别国家与东盟国家还存在继承关系。本文着重就南海古代国家与南海争议岛屿密切相关的若干历史和法律问题进行讨论,主要提出一些需要进一步论证的问题,希望能够为南海争议岛屿主权归属史地考证工作提供参考和借鉴。
中國人髮現南海和南沙群島是箇歷史的過程。古代的中國人移民形成瞭不少的南海古國,南海古國中也有的髮展成為比較彊大的國傢,其中箇彆國傢與東盟國傢還存在繼承關繫。本文著重就南海古代國傢與南海爭議島嶼密切相關的若榦歷史和法律問題進行討論,主要提齣一些需要進一步論證的問題,希望能夠為南海爭議島嶼主權歸屬史地攷證工作提供參攷和藉鑒。

China＇ s discovery of Nanhai and Nansha Archipilago is a historical process. Ancient Chinese immi- grants has formed a lot of ancient countries in Nanhai. Of them some have developed into countries comparative- ly strong, a few of them even have relation of inheritance with ASEAN Countries. This paper emphatically dis- cuss some historical and legal problems closely -related with ancient countries in Nanhai and controversial Shoal-islands in Nanhai. This author is mainly intended for proposing some problems called for further expoun- ding and demonstrating, hoping to provide good and bad lessons for the histo -geographical textual researches, of the sovereignty of the Nanhai controversial Shoal- islands.
