为了适应社会对高素质师资的需求，职前教师教育课程必须从传统的学术理性取向转型为实践取向，在真实的实践情境中培养优质师资。实践取向的教师教育课程以发展未来教师的实践智慧为主，赋予其反思的实践者和研究者的角色。在实践取向教师教育课程的开发与实施中，必须处理好理论与实践、经验与反思，以及教师教育机构与中小学校的关系。
위료괄응사회대고소질사자적수구，직전교사교육과정필수종전통적학술이성취향전형위실천취향，재진실적실천정경중배양우질사자。실천취향적교사교육과정이발전미래교사적실천지혜위주，부여기반사적실천자화연구자적각색。재실천취향교사교육과정적개발여실시중，필수처리호이론여실천、경험여반사，이급교사교육궤구여중소학교적관계。
In order to meet the demand of high-quality teachers, pre-service teacher education curriculum must switch from academic orientation to practice orientation, and cultivate the future teacher in real practice context. Pre-service teacher education curriculum of practice orientation aims at future teachers＇ practice intelligence, empowers them the roles of reflective practioner and researcher. During the development and implementaion of the pre-service teacher education curriculum of practice orientation, some relations between theory and practice, experience and reflection, universities and schools, should be treated properly.
