以中国各省市2009年的数据为基础,使用非期望输出的FDEA模型计算能源效率,并与传统的单要素能源效率和全要素能源效率进行分析对比。结果表明:相对于单要素能源效率,FDEA模型下的能效指标能够综合考虑各投入要素以及非期望输出和期望输出对能效的影响,更好的反映出区域能源效率状况。

Based on the data in 2009, we take the measure of the FDEA model which also takes un-desirable output into account to calculate energy efficiency and compare it with the traditional single-factor energy efficiency and total-factor energy efficiency, the energy-efficiency analysis shows that, Compared to the two traditional methods, the FDEA model can consider all input elements as well as the un-desirable output and desirable output simultaneously which can affect the energy efficiency, thus we can reflect the regional energy efficiency more reasonably.
