家族企业对促进我国国民经济发展的作用越来越大,其发展状况已日益引起人们的关注。二次创业变革发展过程中的家族企业面临的困难与阻力相当大,而最大的挑战来自于家族企业自身的传承。本文认为,选择好的传承模式固然对家族企业很重要,但是努力练好内功,务实管理基础,创新组织职能,应是家族企业传承战略成功的保证。

The family business is playing an increasing role in promoting the development of China's national economy, its development has been growing cause for concern. The second pioneering change in the development of family enterprises are facing difficulties and resistance is quite large, and the greatest challenge comes from the heritage of the family business.
