随着国家经济的迅猛发展、国际交流与合作的不断加深，越来越多的大型体育赛事正在不断地开展，相关各国也为此兴建了一批大型体育场馆。近10年来，我国国家实力的快速提升，大型体育场馆逐年增加，如何有效存续和合理利用，结合奥运场馆的成功经验，找出运营趋势，提出效益策略，以实现场馆资源可持续发展，为我国大型赛事后体育场馆的有效运营提供理论和实践参考。

With the rapid economic development in China and the increasing international exchanges and cooperation, more and more large sports competitions are undertaken, which has led to the construction of large sports venues all over the world. In the recent 10 years, large sports venues in China have been mushrooming with the rapid ascension of the country$ national strength. The paper focuses on how to sustain and utilize these venues reasonably so as to find out the operation trend and come up with the benefit strategies to ensure the sustainable development of these venues based on the successful experience of the Olympic venues.
