以施坚雅的农村集市体系和贺雪峰的社会关联理论为视角,研究农民家庭的社会关系对农民合作社内部治理结构的影响。研究发现,在乡镇集市的陌生人社会中,农民合作社的治理结构正在由以血缘和姻亲为纽带的传统社会关系占主导向以利益和契约为特征的现代社会关系为主导演化。
以施堅雅的農村集市體繫和賀雪峰的社會關聯理論為視角,研究農民傢庭的社會關繫對農民閤作社內部治理結構的影響。研究髮現,在鄉鎮集市的陌生人社會中,農民閤作社的治理結構正在由以血緣和姻親為紐帶的傳統社會關繫佔主導嚮以利益和契約為特徵的現代社會關繫為主導縯化。

From the perspective of Skinner＇ s rural market system and He Xuefeng＇ s social relevance theory, this paper stud- ies the impact of social relations of peasant family on internal governance structure of the farmer cooperatives. It finds that in the society of strangers of towns, governance structure of farmer cooperative is being changed from the traditional social rela- tions with blood and marriage as a link to modern social relations with interests and contract as the main characteristics .
