企业在追求自身利益最大化的同时,必须承担一定的环境保护社会责任。虽然企业承担环境保护责任与其营利性从短期看可能是相互冲突的,但从长期看是互相促进的。本文从环境法的角度分析当前环境立法对企业环境责任的规制以及不足,并提出完善环境法律体系构想,让企业积极地履行环境社会责任,促进全社会的可持续发展。

Enterprises must assume a Certain degree of social environmental protection responsibility in the pursuit of their own maxmum interests. Although the corporate commitment to environmental responsibility and its forprofit may be conflicting in the short term, but in the long term they will be mutually reinforcing. Regulation of corporate environmental responsibility and its deficiency will be analyzed from the perspective of enviromnental law here and the idea of improving environmental legal system will be proposed to make enterprises actively carry out social environmental responsibility to pro-mote the social sustainable development.
